How we produce our content
Everything we publish exists to help professional-services firms make better digital decisions. This page explains how that content is produced, sourced and maintained.
Who writes and reviews our content
Articles are published under the Agile Agency byline and produced by our team. Every article is reviewed by Juan Pineda, Managing Partner, who is accountable for its accuracy before and after publication. Our founders’ backgrounds are set out on their profile pages: Juan Pineda and Simeon Prokopov.
How we research
Our starting point is our own client work: audits, migrations, builds and campaigns we have delivered. Where we cite third-party research, we name the source and link it – for example Ahrefs’ 75,000-brand study of AI-citation factors and Yext’s analysis of 6.8 million AI citations. We do not publish claims attributed to unnamed “studies”.
How we use AI
Our team decides what to write, what argument to make and what evidence supports it. AI tools then help us work faster: searching and organising research, and producing first drafts against a brief we have written.
What AI does not do is supply the professional judgement, the client experience or the opinions in our articles — those come from work we have actually delivered. It does not choose our sources, and nothing reaches this site without being fact-checked, edited and approved by a person who is accountable for it.
It is the standard we advise clients on, applied to ourselves: AI makes the work faster; expertise is what makes it right.
Dates, updates and pruning
Every article shows its publication date and its last-updated date. We refresh articles when the facts change, and we deliberately retire content that no longer reflects the standard of advice we want to put our name to.
Corrections
If you spot an error, tell us at hello@agiledigitalagency.com and we will review it promptly and correct the record where needed.
Advertising and sponsorship
We do not publish sponsored posts or paid placements on this blog. Recommendations of tools and services reflect our own professional judgement.
